Employee Health & Safety | Navigating COVID-19 Issues This video is for hourly employees who are not working in a unionized setting and who may have questions about health and safety considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Prof. Hina Shah, Esq. discusses the Executive Order from CA Governor Gavin Newsom and the guidelines provided by CalOSHA for employers to follow. She also discusses some of the interactions permitted between an employee and employer regarding COVID-19 concerns. After watching this video, we hope you are better equipped to discuss any concerns you may have with your employer about your health and safety during this pandemic.
