GREAT GATSBY - a Simple 3-ingredient Vodka Cocktail

The Great Gatsby vodka cocktail is a creation of Matt Gilpin of Highlands Bar and Grill, Birmingham, UK. It's a light, bright and citrusy cocktail that is an easy sipper. The subtly bitter grapefruit juice pairs perfectly with the citrus notes of the Lillet Blanc.

INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Vodka (1 oz)
- 30ml Lillet Blanc (1 oz)
- 75ml Grapefruit Juice (2.5 oz)

METHOD
1. Combine the 3 ingredients into your cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice
4. Garnish with a slice of orange
