Omaha police restrict access to Levi Carter Park to cut down on traffic

Omaha police officers restricted access to Levi Carter Park Sunday afternoon in an effort to cut down on traffic at the park. Omaha police said there were issues with people gathering in the park and not following social distancing guidelines last Sunday. According to police, this is an effort to keep the community safe.
