The cost of this visor is around 40p. If you were to get a mini production line going then 30 seconds is a reasonable target. All items needed are at end of video. Make certain the clear PVC is sufficiently rigid, 250 micron, about 20p per sheet on 100 sheets. I am happy to make these for carers, front line people and organisations, initially free of charge, but if demand ramps up just at cost and delivery so if you want a sample please ask me.
