Big sales in #VRLand with #SomniumSpace this week. I discuss over 100 #ETH of sale for #VR land. The sales all happen on #OpenSea here: along with viewing all of the secondary market and rankings. Some notable sales include an island XL parcel for 30 ETH or $5,400 USD currently. Two bundles sold for 25 ETH and 32 ETH for a group of 4 center smalls (plus 2 CV parcels) and 3 XLs in a row near the water. The 3 XLs have no obstructions so there will be amazing views at 50 meters high spanned over 4,500 square meters.
One of 25 #Indiegogo #Teleporter also sold for 30 ETH this week. These teleporters have 200% revenue boost when they're used in the world, compared to 50% revenue boost for the supply of 25 #ILO teleporters. There are only 50 in circulation.
At this time with ETH at $180, Somnium Space XLs continue selling above 10 ETH minimum, Mediums have been selling mostly over 4 ETH and Smalls over 2 ETH. Waterfront and center roadfront parcels have been quickly rising in price due to low demand coupled with amazing use-case.
Remember, the #Road2SLO is currently auctioning 25 Week 6 parcels along with 2 6-parcel XL estates. One of the estates is overlooking the water with beautiful views while the other is roadfront, but at 50 meters high, there are views to the water as well.
