Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp surprised everyone last Monday — including the White House — when he announced that the state would begin re-opening for business at the end of the week, starting with gyms, bowling alleys, barbers and salons. This week, theaters, private social clubs, and sit-down restaurants joined the list, even though the Governor's own stay-at-home order doesn't expire until the end of the month.
