Low impact chair workout suitable for seniors | (Warm up & cool down) Real time Hey

Here is a 30 minute low impact chair workout which is suitable for everyone including seniors, its a real time workout which you can do at home, its simple, effective and includes a warm up and cool down.

You have 9 exercises split into 3 rounds and each round is repeated twice. The exercises are 40 seconds long with 20 seconds rest and an active recovery for 1 minute between rounds.

All you need is a chair and if you have some light dumbbells or tins of food you can use them for one of the exercises but don't worry if not as i didn't.
