Singapore's National CARE hotline has received 6,600 calls since its launch on April 10 Singapore's National CARE hotline has received about 6,600 calls since it was set up on April 10. The 24-hour hotline aims to offer support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social and Family Development Minister Desmond Lee said anxiety, need for emotional support, financial concerns and marital disputes were among the top issues brought up by callers.
