ESPN FC's Steve Nicol and Don Hutchison react to the controversial handball that was called on Tottenahm's Eric Dier in Spurs' 1-1 draw vs. Newcastle in the Premier League. Nicol says the play should not have been called a handball because Dier was too close to the ball to do anything. Hutchison agrees with Nicol, saying the handball rule needs to change because offensive players will start trying to aim for defenders arms to take advantage of the rule.
