Is Lewis Hamilton Treated More HARSHLY By The Stewards?

Lewis Hamilton's penalty at the Russian Grand Prix has caused quite a stir within the paddock. Initially, he was given 2x5 second penalties and two penalties points on his license. However, after the race, the stewards made a U-turn on their decision and removed those two points. Here, I discuss whether Lewis is treated more harshly by the stewards.
