Netflix Stock dropped 8% after the 3rd Quarter Earnings report, so I thought I would take a look at if this was a rational drop or if you should buy the dip? Netflix 3Q earnings showed 2.2M new subscribers, while Wallstreet analysis forecasted 3.2M, and Netflix management had forecasted 2.5M. It's concerning because Netflix needs subscribers to grow and if this slows it represents major problems for Netflix. I took a look at their different regional segments to see how each is growing, I looked at some of the international progress and gave my valuation of Netflix's Stock Price.
