Join us for the final portion of our lecture on asthma where Zach will teach you about the treatment of asthma. We begin by taking a look at a large chart where we categorize a patients severity of asthma as either intermittent, mild, moderate, or severe. Finally, we give examples of the medicines used to treat each type of severity of asthma. We also give a final example on the course of action and treatment needed for a patient who is having an acute asthmatic exacerbation.
