1/3 cup heavy cream (or evaporated milk)
1 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbs maple syrup (optional)
1 pinch ground all spice
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2.5 tbs plain flour
1/2 tsp lemon extract (This will give it that "umami" taste! Add it to your pies as well 😋 )
Oatmeal crumble topping:
1 cup instant oatmeal
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Additions:
1 bag mini marshmellows
