Dressage Rider Yoga Mobility One - Open Up Hips And Improve Suppleness

Dressage Rider Yoga Mobility One - Open Up Hips And Improve Suppleness This routine really helps target those hips and loosen up our spine so that you feel freer next time you're in the saddle.

These yoga mobility routines are about helping you feel more mobile and supple, they combine both yoga and some specific stretches to help really target what is required for good posture in the saddle.

Each routine is different and they gradually work on helping you improve your overall suppleness and mobility in the saddle.

Feel free to work through each of them, or just find one that really helps make a difference to you. Great to also do at the end of the day or as a nice short routine to do before you ride.

You can do these alongside any of the DRT programs and workouts for some extra mobility.

Each routine gets ‘slightly’ more challenging, so just begin with number one and take your time through each of them. Combine it with the some of the meditations here for a restorative and energizing session to help you distress and find a little more calm in your day.

All while at the same time helping with your riding.

This FREE selection here on this channel are all part our online 12 Week Dressage Rider Training of which includes the complete mobility program. They are designed to complement all the existing workouts of the program and do as part of the journey or to have a wee taster of what DRT is all about.

Fabulous to help you really make changes to your overall mobility and suppleness.

So enjoy the routines I have placed FREE for you to try here on youtube and get yourself started on the journey.

I really hope you enjoy them and find them useful for your riding.
