SNS 328 Part 1: Machining a Custom Mopar Water Neck

This is a collaboration job I'm helping out with for my cousin Alex @The Gas Tap Alex has been building a 69 Valiant the past few years which can be seen on his channel. Because of the air inlet pipe he's needing a 90 degree water neck. He's got two on hand and asked me if we could make one out of both of them. So that's what I did. In this video I show you the way I decided to fixture the two parts and cut them to the length needed. In the next video I will share the welding, which proved to be a bit challenging.
