All three bump into, run into and come across are common phrasal verbs that will be a great addition to your English vocabulary.
Bump into and run into have the same meaning. They're used when you see someone you weren't expecting.
Come across is used when you see something you weren't expecting.
You must use bump into and run into with people only. And you must be come across with things only.
