Robert Henne, Lieutenant, Omaha Beach, 115th Infantry, 29th Division

Robert Henne served as a 1st Lieutenant, 115th Infantry, 29th Division during WWII. On D-Day he was assigned to an LCIL. He landed on Omaha Easy Green at 10 AM, June 6, 1944. He saw the equipment destruction, bodies on the beach and in the water.
