Reduced to Rubble

It's hard not to be sentimental when you watch a piece of history reduced to rubble. If those walls could talk, the stories they would tell! The original Dewey Griffin building, built in 1967, was the oldest dealership in Bellingham. Dewey Griffin was credited for starting auto row in Bellingham. Employees watched, some with tears in their eyes, as the main part of the building, the showroom, was meticulously reduced to rubble.
