Costume Designer Rallies Community To Stitch 3,200 Masks | Good Neighbor | Digital Exclusive June Kingsbury, a costume designer in Nashville, Tennessee, rallied members of the costume-making community to join her in using leftover fabric to make masks for medical first responders. June’s Facebook group, MedThreads Volunteers Nashville, now boasts more than 800 people, and she and her fellow seamstresses have provided more than 3,200 masks for frontline workers.
