This eggless mayonnaise is made easily and can be made using everyday ingredients that are found in every kitchen. Do feel free to give it a shot.
Alternatively in order to add more flavor you can add more pepper or if you want to make it a dip or spread for your tandoor kebabs or sandwiches, burgers or subs you can get creative.
To make it a nice tangy green dip grind a handful of mint leaves and coriander leaves along with a small piece of ginger and 2 big green chillies which would make it spicy, minty and tangy.
To make it a hot dip roast a few dry red chillies and then grind using a few drops of water. Add that paste to the mayonnaise (without pepper) and enjoy a hot dip.
Another smart and easy way to make any mayonnaise or eggless mayonnaise tangy is by adding a tinge of vinegar to it. Do this after making the mayonnaise as it would prevent the splitting of the milk.
You can add vinegar to the mint and hot dip too to get a nice spicy tangy eggless mayonnaise and a minty tangy mayonnaise.
This mayonnaise is made without eggs. Do feel free to use eggs to get a smoother texture mayonnaise.

Sugar - 3 tsp (or more if you want it to be sweet)
