Movement sequence to enhance ease & steadiness by settling your nervous system & releasing tension. This delicious practice supports whole body integration, releases tension, settles and nourishes your nervous system.

It offers you an opportunity to do something constructive, healthy and self-sustaining for yourself to feel good and strengthen your relationship with yourself.

This session goes for 35 minutes and is an ideal practice for morning, afternoon or evening. Not to be done directly after eating. Please note that Sam the Cavoodle makes an appearance during the session. The session closes with Ganesha Mudra.
