Poet David Sapp Recites Selected Works in Honor of National Poetry Month

Award-winning poet David Sapp recites a selection of love poems in honor of National Poetry Month.

Sapp, a native of Knox County, Ohio and a long-time Berlin Heights resident, is a Professor of Art at Bowling Green State University, Huron, Ohio. His Masters of Fine Arts degree was completed in Drawing at BGSU. He attended the Cleveland Institute of Art, and he is a 1987 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene College in Art and Psychology. He is the 2018 recipient of an Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award grant for poetry and recently received a 2018 Akron Soul Train Fellowship for visual art and poetry.
